Amphion - the people
The owners, Mr and Mrs Hepworth, have been involved in care homes for over 25 years and domiciliary care for over 12 years. Amphion is run on a day-to-day basis by their son-in-law, Nigel Best. Nigel is the General Manager and always welcomes calls or a visit!
Richard Hepworth, their son, provides the IT and financial support to the businesses. Whilst Sally Best, their daughter is involved with advising and support. Sally, a nurse, used to be the registered manager at Amphion Lodge but is currently helping the with person centred care planning as well as checking the quality of the care.
RESIDENTIAL: Amphion Lodge and Amphion View are managed by Jim Thomson and his team of assistant managers. They are an excellent and welcoming team and they look forward to helping you.
Our homes are a mix of the modern as well as old character. With lovely rooms and enjoyable gardens, come and have a look for yourself at what we can offer. But also take time to talk to our management and the staff as they are by far the most important part of the home.
HOME CARE: We currently cover North and North East Lincolnshire and it is managed by Simon Crisp. Simon is an experienced manager and with his team of co-ordinators, managers and care staff, they are a terrific asset. Everyone is keen to promote personal budgets and they are available to discuss how to help you achieve your desired care outcome. Give them a call today!
